Please see below for the planned day at Kent Entperise House, Herne
Bay: -

10am arrive and refresh
10.30 - 12.30 Visioning and missioning session to explore our purpose
(and
name). We can expect to decide on statements for our vision and
mission so
we clarify where we are heading and what we will do to get there.
12.30 Skills audit, looking at the results from the Excel
questionnaire from
Phill. We will need to set up 4 working groups from this session,
each
person in 2 groups.
1pm Lunch. Janice will be making us a lovely big soup to share.
1.30 2 of the working groups are formed and discuss and decide
statements of
their vision and mission and what to do.
2.30 Present back from the 2 groups
3pm The other 2 groups are formed and discuss and decide statements of
their
vision and mission and what to do.
4pm Present back from the last 2 groups.
4.30 End discussion. Discuss where we go to next with the group and
when
next to meet. The next meeting will include feedback from the working
groups' work carried out in the interim.

At some point we could also have a short session demonstrating how to
access the various social networking groups so that we dinosaurs know
what
to do.

Cost: £5 - £10 depending on numbers.
