Ok team, here is the audit sheet:

It is a little slow (maybe it’s my link?) but it seems to work ok.

 

All you have to do it find a spare column and replace “Name” with your name.

Then for each of the skills listed simply enter your skills – it’s a pick list.  The reason being that the sheet will automatically calculate the interest levels (I’ve hidden this from view, but just “un-hide” columns B-I if you want to see the results)

Next select your level of interest (from a PC project view point) – you might want to lead a team, but have little current skills – this is fine.

 

If you want to add more skills just find a spare row an type it in column A, the formulae are all in place for 104 skills, and I’m happy to add more.

I know it's bad form to reply to your own message... however.

The sheet is now on-line, and as always Nir was first on to complete
it. I have followed, so we have two - come on don't be shy!

If you do decide to have a look at the results please can you re-hide
the columns, as it looks a bit confusing.

Once we have the complete audit the results should speak for
themselves. in short they are the sums of each item, so it will be
easy to find the areas which have most interest / skills etc.

And don't forget to add more skills as you think of them

Hi Guys,

 

I've filled my column in. It doesnt seem to have shown up in the calculation columns though (ie.there are a couple of things I've said expert and team lead in and they dont show up in the column counts).

 

Hope its ok anyway?
