hello,

I can probably not afford to stay the night so I would aim to come up either on the Fri eve or the saturday morn depending on which you think is the best time.

Hi All
Anyone is welcome to stay at mine if Herne Bay for the day is too far
for a morning and same day evening drive. I’m in Whitstable and have
2 spare double bed rooms at the mo.

Its about a 1.5 hour drive from Brighton, 45 mins from Deal/Dover if
you stick to the motorways.

Becky

Hi All,
Just to clarify :-

The room we will be using will be between £5 and £10 per person
depending how many people come. Lunch is provided by Janice at no
cost.

The day is planned just as a day; there are no activities planned for
either Friday or Saturday evenings.

The full agenda for the day will be coming soon (Phill and Janice have
we agreed a final version?).

Anyone coming from a long way (Brighton, London etc.) is welcome to
stay at my home in Whitstable - I have 2 double bedrooms spare, so
first come, first served. I.e. let me know ASAP.

Could we hear from those who CAN make it on the 19th? If the numbers
are very low it would make sense to re-schedule. Perhaps you could
all let me know by the end of tomorrow so I can sort out the room
booking. Who isn't yet in the google group?

Becky

Hi Fran,
If you would like you could always stay with me Friday evening, David will be staying, but I have another spare room if its easier for you. I am picking him up from Dover 19.20 I think so if you come by train the same(ish) time would be good - supper included. I live St. Margaret's bay.
Let me know 01304851773 home.

see you 18th/19th,

Janice

Hi Becky,
we could be landing ourselves with all sorts of waifs and strays? always the interesting folk. You are up on the mileage, I'm the other coast, great, morning light.
I happily dug up another bag of spuds when digging over allotment, so is it leek & potato soup or sweet potato, coconut & chilli, or chunky veg soup, what a decision, maybe all three????
See you 19th,

Janice X

Hi Fran,

Yes it's Dover Priory. David is arriving at 7.20p.m, so if you could co-ordinate that would be great. We could all eat together.
Let me know if you do want to stay, it will be fun, you will be able to see France.
I'm going to my folks until Tuesday so I will be ex - communicado til then.

All the best & hope to see you 18th.

Janice
