They are achieving 40 Gal's a day of 90 degrees F with a medium sized compost, lasting a couple of months!!

Now, who can find info about Jean Paul who is mentioned in this video?

I can! :) This is really neat. Thanks for posting this I had never
heard of it before.

Here's some links I found. His name is actually Jean Pain. Google
is great. I just used Jean P* compost and out it popped.

have a lot of interesting permaculture type stuff on it.)

Awesome! And that's the coolness of us networking together.. I find a video - take 5 seconds to send it with a question, Christine replies with answers for us to keep learning.

Some time we should try watching a video together with a group chat box open. Its great. We all click play at the same time and flick search results and URLs to each other while we chat about whats in the movie. It really enhances what you can learn out of a documentary as well as a neat way to socialise with like minded people online.

Extending that, in a lecture theatre you can screen the movie, and have a small group in a chat room to the side on another screen. Viewers can simply watch the movie, and/or look to the side to see the links, chat and info going on. Granted, it can be distracting - but more often than not, documentaries kind of ask the mind to wonder a bit.. it may dilute some of the messages in the doco for some, but dramatically enhance the other messages for others.

Just an idea to try out.

Thanks JadeApple.. BTW we are about to plant apples and pears here. Have just built a compost system with tiger worms, have planted herbs in our zone 1, and am getting ready to put in winter crops. I hear Tuscan Black cabbage is beautiful.
