Thanks for connecting. David who is copied here is working on the PermaBank project which long-term will include a project proposal tools similar to kickstarter. It will start as a gifting platform and build in alternative currencies. This is a project being built on Python/Django. You can read more here: http://wiki.occupy.net/wiki/PermaBank.

In the short-term we are setting up CiviCRM with Drupal that will allow for campaigns and fund-raising for projects. If this is of interest I can get up to speed on that. The details about this project are here: http://wiki.occupy.net/wiki/Occupy.net_CRM.
