Hello,

This announcement marks the 3.4.0 release[0], which adds support for
changing userrights, and adds a bugfix for unblocking (the reason is
now used).

There is no need to upgrade unless you are affected by the unblocking
bug, or require support for changing userrights.

To upgrade, use your standard cpan client:

$ cpan
cpan> upgrade MediaWiki::Bot::Plugin::Admin
...
^D

Or, unpack the tarball and install manually:

perl Build.PL
./Build && ./Build test && ./Build install

Like MediaWiki::Bot, the source for this plugin is on Github, and I
welcome bug reports, ideas for new features and patches.
