Release announcement: MediaWiki::Bot 3.4.2

A new version of MediaWiki::Bot has been released, which includes both
bug fixes and new features:
* Use HTTP GET so some requests are cacheable (Thanks to Jools Wills)
* Add support for file uploads via API (Thanks to Jools Wills)
* Patrolling edits was previously broken, but should now work
* Add support for querying a user's usergroups
* get_pages now handles namespace aliases dynamically
This is a recommended upgrade for all users. The tarball will soon be
available from the CPAN.
As a reminder, the project has migrated to git and Github[0], which also
offers a download page[1]. Contributing back is now easier than ever!
