New issue 146 by mike.lifeguard: Login fails if the domain is not in
@WMF_wikis and do_sul is used

When do_sul is used, we ignore the set domain entirely, and just log in to
each of the hardcoded wikis. Instead, we should log into the set wiki, and
then the hardcoded list.
