Simply visit the Netflix homepage, click 'Sign In' in the top right corner, and input your email and password. This should get you into your account, but if your login information is wrong, you can recover it using the 'Need help' button.

If you don't have access to your email, then you can use your phone number to change your Netflix password and get access to your account. To recover your Netflix password via your phone number, follow these steps:
Note: This process requires your SIM to have an active connection. If your SIM isn't working, you won't get the verification code and won't be able to log in or change your Netflix password.
In cases where you can't access the email or phone number linked to your account, Netflix allows for password recovery using billing information. To recover your Netflix password using the billing information, follow the steps below:
This would need you to enter the correct information associated with your Netflix account, and it won't work if some of your details have changed. If one of the methods successfully helped you to retrieve your password, share this page on your social media:

Simply visit the Netflix homepage, click "Sign In" in the top right corner, and input your email and password. This should get you into your account, but if your login information is wrong, you can recover it using the "Need help" button.
Welp. It happened again. You forgot your Netflix password. Or you got an extremely suss email saying someone tried to log into your account from Canada or somewhere. Or your ex of five years is still leeching onto your account to watch The Great British Bake Off and it's time to cut them off.
Perhaps you're not completely unable to access your Netflix account, you just want to change your password. If that's the case and you're signed into your account, head to your avatar in the upper righthand corner of your screen. Click it to reveal a dropdown menu, then select "Account."
You may find yourself on the streaming service's login page, where you can click "Need help?" under the Sign In button and be transported to netflix.com/LoginHelp. (You can also visit that URL at any point to access Netflix's password assistance page. You don't always have to go through the Sign In page.)
The email might take a couple of minutes to appear in your inbox, but once you see it, click on it. There will be a link in the email that you'll need to click in order to sign into your Netflix account without needing your password.
We'll go ahead and remind you that you can't use the same password you used before. But that shouldn't be a problem, because if you knew what password you had before you probably wouldn't be here. If you do happen to enter a password that feels new, but Netflix tells you that you can't use your old password, well...I guess you remembered your password after all. Tragically, you're too late. But change is good, my friend. Embrace it.
Go to our trusty hub for help, netflix.com/LoginHelp. At the very bottom of the grey box in the middle of the page, click "I don't remember my email or phone." Once you do so, Netflix will ask for some additional information associated with your account to try and recover it for you.
Enter the first name associated with your account, and then the last name. Then, enter the credit/debit card number linked to your account. If you don't know which card that it is, it'll be the one that gets charged every month for your Netflix membership. Check your bank statements to find the right card if you're still not sure.
Once all that information is entered, click "Find Account" at the bottom, and Netflix will attempt to locate your account and let you sign in. Once you're back in, you'll be able to change your password and also check your account info to see which email is linked to your Netflix account. (Maybe write that down somewhere so you don't forget it again.)
If you've tried all of these steps and you're still at a loss, you may need to get a hold of a Netflix customer service representative for some extra help. Head to the Netflix Help Center page, scroll to the bottom right, click "CALL US," and you'll find the contact info needed to call for help.
Have phone anxiety or don't feel like dealing with a call? Relatable. You can click "START LIVE CHAT" instead to chat with a representative on your computer. Once you do so you'll be asked to enter some information about the problem you're facing.

Thanks so much for replying. My Sky email and password don't work so I updated Netflix with new password and will try that. Was on chat with Netflix and they advised I don't have active account. (As Netflix with my Sky package)
I tried signing into Netflix in Spain and its as if I'm new customer. They're looking to set up plan with payment. I have Netflix through Sky at home in Ireland. Am totally confused. I tried messaging Sky on their chat to no avail. I really need to contact Sky to sort.
If I could just speak with someone in Sky for clarification. Chat room told me am not permitted to use netflix as from Ireland sky package. Rubbish I think. My tv app for Netflix won't accept my sky log in details. Is there any way I could be referred to Sky to speak with someone. I can't phone from Spain as its 0818 prefix. So complicated.
After my many messages re access to Netflix while overseas and responses (thanks) I'm really none the wiser. Am back in Dublin now and spoke to Sky. First I was advised I couldn't get netflix on my tv as not permitted to use outside of my home address. I told her that was pure rubbish. She then told me when I next go to Spain I have to call them and they will link my home address after which I'll be able to log in with Netflix email and password. She told me to use prefix number using 6 digits followed by tel no.. Can someone give me their views. My son just uses his email and password and access to whatever.
Thanks for reply. So perhaps when I go to Spain and contact Sky whether on phone or chat they will link my account so I can watch netflix. Sky told me to call them so hopefully that will work. Am still confused though as my friend just goes on hols to Spain logs into netflix app on TV and immediate access. Different apartments each time and no need for contacting Sky for permission/linking in etc.
You must now enter your current password, followed by your desired new password. Re-enter it to confirm. If you have forgotten the current password, you will have to click Forgot Password? and go through the password reset process.
You should also tick Sign out of all devices. This forces anyone with access to your account to use the new password. If you are trying to lock someone out of your account, this instantly kicks them out. Remember to click Save to save all your changes.
If you want to change your Netflix password on mobile, it is slightly different between Android and iOS. On iOS, you must go through a browser and navigate to After logging in, this brings you to the Change your password screen, where you can change the password. You cannot change the password inside the iOS app.
You can also do the browser method on Android, but Android also lets you change the password inside the app. Just do what you would do on the desktop. Click your avatar, then Account > Membership & Billing > Change password.
