cannot enable Run

Hi,

 i have problem I can not see enabled RUN. I cannot add new perl file.

 I install perl plugin from repository or from file. Result is same.

 My environment:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.2.1 (Build 201210100934)

Java: 1.7.0_09; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.5-b02

System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86; Cp1250; en_US (nb)

User directory: C:\PortableApps\NetBeans_JavaSE_7.2.1_Portable\Data\NetBeans\Config\7.2.1

Cache directory: C:\PortableApps\NetBeans_JavaSE_7.2.1_Portable\Data\NetBeans\Cache\7.2.1

 I followed this DOC "Perl On NetBeans - User Guide.docx" I can run "perl -V" before i run IDE. But i cannot run in IDE.
