Alien::Base 0.025 released to CPAN

Alien::Base 0.025 has been released to CPAN and should be available at a mirror near you shortly.

New bug fixes include:

Silenced an annoying warning with multiple .pc files

Fixed a bug where using verbose mode could produce false positives for system library detection.

Internally use URI to support GitHub as a source.
