Alien::Base 0.019 Released to CPAN

Alien::Base 0.091 has been released to CPAN.

New features include:

• Added alien_arch option and ALIEN_ARCH environment variable to allow non-homogeneous environments to share a common lib directory (off by default, see Alien::Base::ModuleBuild::API for details)
  

New bug fixes include:

• Fix for the test suite for cygwin
