Alien::Base 0.017 and 0.018 released to CPAN

Alien::Base 0.017 and 0.018 have been released to CPAN

New features include:

• alien_stage_install is on by default.  This change was announced with the release of 0.016.  I tested all of the Alien::Base based modules on CPAN with XS dependencies to ensure they still worked with this change.
  

New bug fixes include:

• ConfigData.pm was not being updated correctly in 0.016 when alien_stage_install was on.  This was fixed in 0.017
