Alien::Base 0.028 released to CPAN

Alien::Base 0.028 has been released to CPAN and should be available at a mirror near you shortly.

New bugfixes include:

• trailing slashes for location are again no longer required when using exact_filename.

Documentation fixes include:

• Alien::Base::ModuleBuild is recommended for configure_requires.

New features include:

• Some compatibility for alternate builder interface Alien::Builder.

I have proposed that in the future we should spin Alien::Base::ModuleBuild off as a separate distribution.  The main rationale for this would be to support EUMM and make this the default installer in the future.  I haven't heard a a lot of opposition to the potential spin off of AB::MB, but if you have concerns or want to contribute, please do follow the GitHub issue on the subject:
