you can do it, but you have to sumbit the form between the box
populations. since perl is serverside, you need to wait for the browser
to tell the server what its first option was so taht you can decide
what yo load in the second box.

if your trying to do dynamic aluto loads like that in one shot, only
clientside scripts can pull it off.
