Hi,
The perlfaq answer to the question (posed in the subject line) refers to a
file in the PGPLOT source (kgbpack.c) that no longer exists.
I think the fix is to simply replace "kgbpack.c" in the perlfaq answer with
"arrays.h/arrays.c".
