I got the attachment just fine and was able to view it properly by saving it
and opening it with gvim. I'm using KMail with an email account from my mail
hosting.

You've also had problems receiving a patch I sent as an attachment before, and
I also got the attachment when I received the E-mail I sent to the list. So
it's a problem on your end, and you need to get to the bottom of it.

I read the Perl lists through the NNTP interface, and I'm not going to
change that. I don't see any attachments. If you want me to see the
patch, you either have to include it in the body of the message,
include a link, or send me a pull request in Github, as I noted.

So, that's the bottom of it. If you don't like it, I won't be the one
applying your patches.
