That might have been a bit too terse. In yesterday's IRC session,
Autrijus asked about another missing Parrot feature: lazy evaluation. I
had experimented with it a bit and the outcome is in the tarball.

I've no clue if it's useful or general enough or a base for the
implementation of a future Lazy PMC. I've don't know how FP code
works internally. I'd be glad if more FP-inclined folks could come up
with some implementation.
