[perl #41884] [PATCH] gcc/mingw32-make compilation failure under MSWin32

Compilation with gcc/mingw32-make failed due to incorect value of
'slash' found by 'Configure.pl'. Correct slash was set only for gcc/nmake.
Used Vanilla Perl 5.8.8 which uses gcc/dmake for compilation.
Now parrot compiles without failures.
