FYI embedding API change

A lot of the packfile functions that didn't take an C<Interp*> as first
argument now have one.

This change was necessary to switch PMC constants {un,}packing to
freeze/thaw eventually.

Sorry for the disruption and the big patch, but it's an all or nothing
thingy basically.
