./Build testcover issues lots of warnings about:
Use of uninitialized value in bitwise and (&) at /usr/lib/perl/5.10/B/Deparse.pm line 4273.
= TEST CASE =

prints:
BEGIN { $^W = 1; }
$r = qr/foo/;
