why:
I have a Crypt:: module in production, written 2 years ago - that I
am planning to extend a bit. The module is Crypt::CBCC - implements
Cipher Block Chaining with Checksums - useful to provide integrity
check on the [de/en]crypt level.
It inherits from the Crypt::CBC (cpan) module. It can be extended
by registering call -backs (handling the signature check) and based
on params can use different block ciphers and hash funcs.
