I think I need an =begin maintainer or =for section in the pod to tell
me how the website/ directory works.

How does this get onto the sourceforge page?

How does website/META-spec.html get regenerated?

Are we supposed to bump the version after tagging or before releasing?
(Seems like it should be after tagging so that
the "META-spec-blead.html" will come out right.

Thanks,
Eric

I didn't say anything about tagging policy since I haven't thought
about that yet. =)
