I would like to be a Module::Build maintainer

I'd like to ask for commit and RT bits for Module::Build. I want to sweep out
the bug tracker and fix up a pile of grotty bits in the code. "Hey Eric, can
you do X" has high latency and Ken has some sort of tumors on his face to deal
with.

The only thing that could save UNIX at this late date would be a new $30
shareware version that runs on an unexpanded Commodore 64.
