A leading organisation is currently seeking an exceptional Perl developer
for an initial 3 month contract based in Cambridge.
You will be responsible for performing a number of tasks across a variety
of systems written in Perl & Ruby.These tasks will include augmenting the
test suite for one of their applications written in Perl, Catalyst and
DBIx: Class and refreshing a number of Perl scripts currently in operation.
Whilst the majority of will be based onsite, there is the opportunity to
work remotely 1-2 days a week.
Required skills:
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate experience
of working across the full project life cycle including the testing phase.
You must be an expert with Perl (and associates technologies including
Catalyst, DBIx::Class and Moose) and are comfortable working both
individually and as part of a team.
