Full Time Positions
Main task: supporting technical needs of our North American customers. Analyze and solve problem reports, change requests and new development.
- Must have 3+ years relevant software development experience
- Preferably 2+ years working in telecom
- Preferably college degree in computer science or telecommunications
- Must have experience interfacing directly to end customer
- Must be proficient in Perl, Java, C
- Must have exp. working in UNIX environment
- Oracle knowledge a plus
- Must be able to travel 20-25% of the time
