posting delay?

hi all,

i posted a perl job almost 2 days ago and it hasn't been approved
yet. the site claims reviews typically within 2-8 hours and it is
approaching 48 hours now. i wonder if we need to add some moderators to
help with any issues with prompt reviews of posts. when i was a
moderator i tried to handle posts asap. is ask (i dunno who else
moderates now, i am not one of them anymore) overloaded? i am willing to
become a moderator again but some would claim conflict of interest since
i am a perl recruiter.
