WWW::Scrape::BillionGraves

I've been working for some time to work out the protocol
billiongraves.com uses and finally I did it last night.  I've posted a
module to https://metacpan.org/pod/WWW::Scrape::BillionGraves.  I'm open
to more test cases to more robustly verify the code, but simple look-ups
work.

I've updated WWW::Scrape::FindaGrave to version 0.06 which (finally!)
supports the new findagrave.com interface.

I forgot to mention - ensure you use version 0.02, not 0.01.
