my I introduce myself

I'm herbert breunung aka LICHTKIND and have some xp in writing and translating
docs for WxPerl and Perl 6.

maybe i do first what i can do very well: play stupid and will check how
beginnerfriendly the new perldoc is really and if there is not something
missing. I aleady started with that, and after finishing that I maybe could
help translating into german some of the docs, since we do this in our wiki
for some time.
