calling Oracle stored procedure from Perl running on unix box

Can you please help me with the Syntax to call an oracle stored procedure from Perl

here is the declaration part of my SP.

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE GEN_APP."Get_articles" (TOPICID IN NUMBER)

AS

closed_date2 DATE;

svc_type2 VARCHAR (12);

recordready NUMBER (1);

BEGIN
