Closing this list

Hi everyone,

I created a new qpsmtpd-dev list and will move the Google Issue and
Subversion notifications to go there. Consider this list closed.

Usually I wouldn't do it, but for once I did move the subscriber list
(it's pretty short).

I will send a separate mail to the new list so you can adjust your
filters and such.

If you read this in the archives, you can subscribe to the new list
by sending mail to qpsmtpd-de...@perl.org (starting in about
30 minutes when our servers have synced up).
