testing Debug::Client

Hi,

Debug:Client is used to add the visual debugger to Padre.
In the last few days I made a lot of changes to it.
So far the reports I got from the CPAN testers provided me with very valuable
input on how to improve it. It was really great to get several fail
reports within
12 hours so I could release a new version in the evening and get the report
the next morning.

The only problem is that I don't see very few reports from Windows and Mac OSX

could people who might have put Debug::Client on their ban list enable it again
and let me know if it is causing any problem with their smokers?

It would greatly help me to live up to my promise to release Padre
with a debugger by Christmas.
