I received a similar message, it all boiled down to the thread about the
guy who has a problem with a regex in Perl 5.28, having a line starting
with 5 or 6 digits.

It is too early to make a diagnostic on the email I received, but if it
is a spam, it would be very elaborated and all it requests is sending an
email to retreive other bounced messaged, nothing nefarious.

So I think it is legitimate and can indicate a problem with your mail
system (and mine).

It seems to me to be a legitimate email from the email list server about
problems to deliver some emails. Based on the fact that you received this
email, it seems that it was only a temporary problem, but I would still
check information sent.
