Net::Jabber Bot Release - 2.1.2

New release. Minor fixes. Mostly code cleanup for legacy users.

This release is mostly about my choice to change what the
initialization variables for callback functions are called without
properly supporting legacy code. This bit me on my own existing
scripts which use NJB, so I've put in a nasty warning message to make
sure the programmer has ample warning they are using the wrong
initialization variables and what to do about it.

Going forward, If anyone has fixes they would like to see addressed,
please vote and I'll get what I can done at YAPC.
