Ubuntu PHP Installation - Headers In Body?

Hi guys, I need some help.

I've got an Ubuntu (10.04) server with PHP and Apache installed. I've
installed Pearl extensions and have a problem when sending messages.

Basically, the email contains both text and html versions, but in
Outlook the emails show as text, with:

"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Content-Type: text/plain;

charset=ISO-8859-1"

At the top of the message, and in Googlemail they show as HTML, but
not formatted or read as HTML, and have :

"Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Content-Type: text/html;

charset=ISO-8859-1"

At the top of the message.

Can anyone tell me where i'm going wrong?
