Forms with multiple groups of elements

I think we should implement the following feature (however for now I have no idea what should be the API):
Suppose we need to enter several (that is an unlimited number of) addresses, each consisting of a <select> for a country, INT entry for ZIP code, and a text entry for an address.
We need to implement entry and validation of these multiple field groups with FormBuilder.
This is now a trouble to process such submissions with multiple field groups.
Now I have no idea how to do this, but I may probably think about this.
