Multiple forms with a template?

Is it possible to use multiple forms in a template?

If not, let's discuss how we can change FormBuilder to allow this
feature in the future.

This depends on what templating system you are using and what infrastructure.
There is no reason why you can't have multiple form builder objects on a
single page. If you have unique form and field names you shouldn't have too
much of an issue. I have use Catalyst with its FormBuilder::Multi with much
success.
