Acehnese fishermen have rescued Rohingya refugees, but the governments have failed them, only rescuing a fraction of those in desperate need.
The root of the problem lies with Myanmar and its horrible state-sanctioned racism against the Rohingya -- the group of people fleeing Myanmar -- where they aren't even recognised as citizens.
