Good evening all. I have an old database that has been taking a long nap on an external drive, that I am trying to bring back to life.

Unfortunately I think there are probably a few simple things I've missed, as the web interface is greeting me with a list of directory icons, instead of the usual thumbnails.

Any advice on where to begin? I haven't used Perkeep since early 2019 either, if that's relevant.

Thank you in advance,
Evan

After an embarrassing amount of time spent searching and logicking through the problem I finally found an email chain from 2018 that contained the solution. Not sure if the documentation is sparse or if I just wasn't able to piece it all together. Either way, for anyone who's still looking, it was an identity problem. The gpg file and the identity labels in the config files have to be consistent with the creator of the blobs. Otherwise most of the data is undecipherable, and all the metadata is obscured.
