i have done developed a sample application with the help of tutorials posted on web. my aim is to access the accelerometer and move a ball as per the phone orientation. i was successful to certail extent. But i have two isses

But basically to make it realistic you want to move the ball by using x/y speed rather than just changing the position. So you want to have a loop which draws the ball and you want to know the time difference between the current loop and the previous, then you can use simple kinematics equations to work out the position change.

The Ballpark app lets you access and manage your digital tickets, easily forward tickets, browse team schedules, view interactive ballpark maps, and much more! Plus, you can chronicle your own personal history, creating an archive of your personal experiences at Major League Baseball stadiums.

So i'm just trying to make a ball bounce around the screen which should slow down due to gravity and reflect (bounce) from the wall like a normal ball would. Can someone give some basics and VERY simple implementation of this?Other examples seem a bit "overdone" and seem to go beyond what I want to do.I've tried this:

I think you'll need 3 things for this, forces (x and y, which you have), velocities (call them xVel and yVel) and positions (xPos and yPos which you also have). The position of the ball is updated (in the simplest way) by:

The variable 'dt' is the timestep, which controls how fast the ball will move. If this is set too large, though, the program will be unstable! Try dt = 0.001 or so to start and gradually set it higher.

and the same for y. The 'xPos = ...' is just to stop the ball going off the edge of the screen. If you'd like the ball to bounce a little less every time it hits a wall, change the '-1.0' to '-0.9' or something (this is the coefficient of restitution).

Net set up (indoor or outdoor net): Set MLM up 6-8ft behind you and the ball facing down your target line. Set your net at least 8ft in front of the ball. The MLM needs at least 8ft of ball flight to capture data.

Yes. The MLM normalizes data. This means the MLM does not take wind, weather, slope or elevation into consideration. It assumes a premium ball is being used. Since the MLM assumes you are at sea level, if you are located in an area with high altitude/elevation, you may see shorter distances appear on your MLM.

The MLM requires a ball to be hit in order to receive data. Using SuperSpeed Sticks or other trainers with the MLM where you are not hitting a ball, will result in you not be shown any swing speed data.

3. The MLM is facing down the target line in order for ball flight to be seen. There needs to be at least 8ft of ball flight before hitting the net in order for data to trigger and at least 60-80 ft when hitting outdoor.

6. Lighting: Wither your net is located indoors or outdoors, you need sufficient lighting. This includes at the beginning position of the ball as well as the ball flight. If the initial ball cannot be seen, you will not receive data, as well if the ball flight cannot be seen, you will not receive data. A room with overhead lighting filling the room is suggested.

At some point, 21 recalled the memory of her - or her template - having a son. When she realized that she wanted so badly to see him and have him by her side, she repaired Android 16 (the android whose design was modeled after her son) later on and explained that she wanted to treat him like family. Android 21 is apparently unaware that Dr. Gero was the father of her apparent human self's son and thus the exact nature of Dr. Gero's relationship with her apparent human self is unknown beyond the fact that they were the parents' of 16's human template. When 21's urges resurfaced, she activated the link system to use its functions to keep herself under control, by suppressing her growing need to feed, and the persona that spawned from it. Eventually, this led them to seek out Android 18 and Android 17 separately, with the system activated, in hopes they would be able to successfully link them with another soul.

As time progresses however, 21 begins to lose more control over herself, and eventually when Krillin comes in to save 18, 21 lashes out and tries to feed on Krillin. Luckily, the group subdued her with the help of the soul inside 18. Though a mysterious entity inside 21 tells the soul that, eventually, 21 will give in. They then proceed to defeating more clones, with the soul now interacting more with 21. During these times, 21 would reveal some things about herself, and the soul would encourage her to continue fighting to keep her urges away. However, as the entity promised, 21 began to lose control of her lust to feed once more. When the group encountered Cell, who had been restored to his full power due to linking with an artificial soul and bending it to his will, 21 transforms to her true form and fights Cell alongside 18 and 17, much to 16's chagrin. After the fight, 21 finally gives in to her urges and tries to eat Cell. While the soul tried to link back in with her, the entity inside 21 rejected it. Having no other option, 16 tries to stop her, resulting in his death at her hand. 21, now devastated that she killed the android modeled after her son, screams in disbelief and sorrow, finally pushing out the entity that had given her nothing but fear for so long.

The app provides an on-court player check-in and an outstanding Round Robin event management tool that allows you to check-in players, automatically group players based on age and ball color, move players within groups, modify score formats, share score cards and publish results.

Short Indoor Mode: The distance from the tee to the FlightScope sensor should be exactly 8 feet. For the most accurate measurements in this setup, there must be at least 8 feet of ball flight.

Due to the short ball flight distance in an indoor golf swing simulator setup, FlightScope requires that the ball be marked with a metal sticker to get accurate spin readings. Only one sticker is required per ball. The golf ball is placed with the sticker facing the screen, away from the clubface. You are also able to use the Titliest RCT balls to measure the spin accurately, with no metal sticker required.

Sophisticated mathematical estimators are used to track the ball even under adverse conditions, using the physics of ball flight to overcome random noise and fading conditions experienced in the real world.

When used indoors with limited ball flight distance, it becomes harder to measure the spin rate because the ball may execute only a small number of rotations before being stopped by a screen or net. Therefore reflective stickers are needed to enhance the signal variations due to ball spin, making measurement possible.

Dr. Gero, also known as Android 20, is an artificial human known for creating artificial humans -- ironic, but also very cool. He created the Red Ribbon Androids and created the bio-organic fighter known as Cell. Being able to create your own androids should already be considered a power, but Dr. Gero is a genius, which helps with him.

Bio-androids also count on this list and while they might not have fully synthetic bodies, but they are created in the same manner. Mira is one of those bio-androids who also happens to be incredibly strong. Created as an artificial Demon by Towa, Mira was made out of the energy of various martial arts masters and warriors from throughout history.

The twin sister of Android 17, Android 18 has a lot of the same moves that her brother has. She was created for the same purpose: to destroy Goku. But Android 18 is very different from the other androids in the show -- while most of them were created with the goal of destroying Goku, Android 18 deviates slightly by wanting to activate Android 16 and from this significantly changes her life afterwards.

Android 19 is often considered one of the most powerful androids in the series. Unlike some of the other androids that were created with some organic parts, such as the cyborg branch offs, Android 19 was created as a complete robot. He was also one of the androids to be considered a complete success by Dr. Gero.

The biggest difference for Super Android 13 is that, in this fused state, his body is made of adamantine metal and is considered a perfect form. This form also allows him to grow stronger and transform by absorbing other androids -- a scary, yet completely effective method that Super Android 13 uses.

Super 17 is probably the most powerful android in the entire series. This characters comes from the fusion of Android 17 and Hellfighter 17 in order to create a more powerful version of the previous. As stated earlier, Android 17 was considered a failure, however, Super 17 is actually the goal Gero was striving for in the original models. Because of this, Super 17 is able to surpass even Cell, who is arguably the most powerful bio-android in the show.

Going Balls is a fun game of skill where you put your reflexes to the test in truly crazy levels. Your mission on this adventure is to take the ball from the start to the end while avoiding obstacles that you find on the way. Sounds easy, right? See how far you can go.

The Going Balls mechanic is very simple: all you have to do is swipe your finger across the screen to make the ball move. As simple as it sounds, you have to be careful with the obstacles and dangers that befall you along the way, from insurmountable leaps into the void to heavy boxes that break your rhythm.

Keeping the ball under control is essential to get through each level. If you quickly swipe forward you will increase the ball's speed and if you slide backwards it will start to slow down; each gesture needs to be measured to not crash or fall before crossing the finish line in the quickest time possible. On the way you need to pick up coins and keys that let you change skins and unlock chests.
