• Understands and has used OO concepts
• Must be skilled in using Microsoft web development tools
• Ability to capture complex business concepts and implement sound, reusable design
• Mature development and design skills
• Exposure to open source technologies
• Ability to own deliverables in its entirety
• Able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Able to identify alternative solutions at both the component and architectural level
• Able to participate in testing and implementation activities including the development of data verification methods
• Able to accurately estimate development work effort

 

Preferred -

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Web Services/SOAPl
