Title : Data Warehousing BA Location : Newark NJ Duration : 6 months+ Required : Telephonic, Face-Face   Description: They MUST have very strong Datawarehousing BA experience w/ healtcare companies!  All the folks we submit must have the following:  Education—Advanced degrees are strongly preferred, and continuing education is a must. We  have to lit the schools, even if they are international and we will have to verify them.  3-5 years Health care—as in health insurance experience that is verifiable—Any of the blues are  good, but they will be asked questions about the location and about the team that they worked  on.  They must be really smart, active thinkers, who can take initiative to get things done without  micromanagement.  They will phone screen and then go in for a day of panel interviews (taking 2-4 hours).  They will be asked logic questions, and they will be asked to demonstrate innovation and creative  solutions to problems. They will need to work independently, and to be able to get others to do  their part (requirement gathering, etc)…  Must have a degree from a top 200 school, and solid background with fortune 200 company,  longer term assignemnts  IIBA or other professional memberships are important  Detailed Desc: MUST have Datawarehousing experience!! Big Companies!
