Unable to re run scripts for popup window

Hi Team,

I have an application where i need to click the link in the web page
and after clicking the link a new window will popup, i need to click
on another link that is present in the newly poped up window, after
recording the scripts thru webload 5.0, when i run the scripts , the
second window is not opening and the scripts fails.

Could you please help me in letting know how to resolve this issue.
