Perfetto UI: New Area Selection Behaviour

Hello everyone,

This is a quick announcement about a new feature for area selections that is now live on the Canary channel.

When you perform an area selection, slices are now precisely trimmed to the selection boundaries. This ensures that any duration-based analysis is accurate to the selected time range.

Please be aware of this difference as the stable channel will still use the original behaviour until the next release (scheduled for the 25th June).
