Advanced knowledge of Oracle AME
Advanced and current knowledge and skills with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
Advanced and current knowledge of Oracle 11i Financial Modules
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Alerts
Knowledge of EDI translation and processing
Ability to interpret and write technical publications/diagrams, and project specifications
Bachelor's degree in computer studies or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4-7 years support and development experience with information systems
Experience in analyzing, planning, documenting, and programming or installing complex computer systems

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Senior Programmer Analyst - CBS is a top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. The Sr. Programmer Analyst acts independently under general direction, provides technical leadership on complex projects, and will act as an expert in business or functional area. This team member formulates/defines system scope and objectives and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. The Sr Programmer Analyst prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written and is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. This team member has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming and may be responsible for multiple phases of a project. Additional duties will include instructing, directing, and checking the work of other applications systems analysis and programming personnel. Additionally, this team member may have quality assurance review responsibilities.
Duties:
Develop detailed specifications for new systems or system enhancements.
Design forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems.
Develop advanced applications forms and reports for assigned systems.
Develop advanced file and database structures, and interfaces between internal and external systems.
Develop criteria for testing and debugging applications, programs and reports, and evaluate results of design and testing.
Perform and supervise full systems testing, implementation and evaluation.
Provide third-tier user support, to include assistance during installation, training and end user documentation.
Create and maintain all pertinent documentation, including program, form, report, and system and job flow documentation.
Communicate with managers and business partners on business systems and project statuses.
Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence.
Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned/required.
WORK CONDITION:
Office environment, subject to stressful situations as they relate to deadlines and dealing with business partners, other departments, and outside vendors.
