HiFresh user here. This is my first time trying out QIIME2. I have been analyzing a single .fastq file from 16S Iontorrent sequencing. I had good luck with demux and denoising, but I got an error message whenever I get to Qiime diversity core-metrics phylogeny. The error message reads out as Plugin error from diversity:

Ordinations with less than two dimensions are not supported. I am not entirely sure where I am going wrong. I have checked my metadata with keemei too. Please suggest what else can I do to circumvent this error.

I have successfully reached Phylogenetic tree construction step and obtained rooted and unrooted qza files. The next step involves making core-metrics directory which is giving me an error. Please let me know what changes should I do in my commands? or any other way to resolve this issue?

Hi, I am very new to ImageJ (Fiji). I am trying to use it to segment a .scn whole slide image into tiles. I therefore downloaded the bioformats package and was trying to learn how to do this. Unfortunately now I cant open Fiji due to a plugin configuration error. The uploaded picture shows the error I get, any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

This is that issue I brought up a week back or so with you. Its the hallucination of apis by ChatGPT. Basically, cgpt is attempting to use an api that is not available from your openapi.yaml file and then throws this error. It has a tendency to do this more as the yaml file grows in size from my experience. One quick fix is to either make available/create the api that cgpt wants to use or rename whatever api you have that it is trying to use to the name it wants for it. There are other more elaborate fixes if you start to encounter this more frequently, but that should help if it is a one off or rare event.

This script uses a KEYWORDS_MAPPING dictionary that maps each api_name to a list of keywords. The determine_api function takes the input text and checks if any of the keywords are present in the text. If a keyword is found, it returns the corresponding api_name.

I published a plugin and am waiting for the review.

When I try to launch the In-development version, it starts without any problems, but when I choose the published version (the one in the review), I get: An error occurred while loading the plugin environment.

Since updating Alteryx designer on our server to 2023.3.1.247 and Alteryx Intelligence suite to 23.1.0.17033 we have started getting a plugin error when running any workflows that use the Image template tool via the gallery.

When running the workflow locally (both on the servers designer and my computer) the workflow completes fine. All the workflows were running fine when we were on version 2022.3.1.486 and has only started erroring since upgrading.

Hi @mpeterson27 We found that if we selcted 'Use AMP Engine' and then saved the workflow this appeared to resolve the issue. Not sure why this would make a diference as was never required on previous designer versions but it resolved the issue for us on 2023.3

Hi Connor - We have had similar issues in the past, so we always make sure to have AMP engine on (I was in the habit of turning it off because of the issues it would to cause. Have since reverted to trying to use it for all Workflows)

We had AMP engine enabled. Essentially the template tool is not reading in the PDF or JSON (for annotations/bounds) when it is on server. We troubleshooted using the normal "does server have access to those files or are the files in some way embedded in the workflow" and still no dice.

What I ended up doing was actually editing the "annotations [bounds]" within the XML editor of the imagine template tool. I took the text for the "bounds" property from the JSON file and pasted it directly into the XML of the template tool. It looks like when pushing to server, it was trunkating some of the bounds, or not accessing the full file, or something along those lines.

In additional, I changed dependencies to absolute (was on UNC).

Not sure which one exactly fixed it, but it looks like it is working properly now.

It should be noted that we had several image template tools that the user selects via drop down - the first image template always worked on server, but the following did not. So, our issue was caused by multiple Image Template tools - meaning it might have been different from yours but sharing this none the less in case it is useful to anyone else.

sorry i missed this! yes the video below was the same solution i was given. Its forcing the plugin not to be minified as far as I underdtand. The issue with this I believe is if you use it in production it might be a bit slower (when you use the test plugin if you check the console it always says the plugin loads slower than normal as its not minified yet). So its a workaround - although in production I am not sure how much it really affects you.

Personally for me there was an error with one of my functions and how it was being initialised - once that was fixed it allowed me to build and minify the plugin. Unfortunately there its quite difficult to debug if you are not a coder (which I am not!)

Hard to say exactly what the root cause of it is, but typically what the issue is due to is the incorrect version of the predictive tools being installed. And by incorrect version, this could mean that you installed the tools intended (for example) for version 11.0, but you have Designer version 10.6. The other version related issue is if you installed the Admin version of the tools, but your Designer used the Non-admin installer.

I do realize that you mention having installed the tools when you initially installed Alteryx, but possible that something occurred with that installation. Before reinstalling the predictive tools, I'd recommend going into your Add/Remove programs and uninstall any instances of "Alteryx Predictive Tools..."

I know it's been a while, but I'm just getting back into this and I still can't seem to solve it! I completely uninstalled alteryx and predictive tools. I then installed the admin alteryx 11.5 and after that i installed the predictive tools (admin) 11.5. Both installs went smooth with no issues.

Being that there wasn't a definitive/ideal solution to this issue, I'd recommend contacting Alteryx Support to see they may have a solution or, more importantly, document the issue as a potential bug for further investigation.

Hi all, I am facing similar issue. I downloaded the predictive tools. I already have alteryx designer 2018.4. Now, I downloaded a sample workflow from the community and tried running. but getting the error.

Afterwards, go to the licensing portal and navigate the options to show the downloads for the version of Designer you have (be sure to click "Previous Versions") and download the appropriate predictive tool installer.

If you've verified that the predictive tool installer and designer you have installed match, or still running into the same errors after reinstalling the correct version, you may need to get your company's IT involved. I have seen cases where certain programs and DLL's are blocked and require these to be whitelisted.

I just cloned the repository and build the plugin on the same virtual machine where the mattermost server is located. Then I downloaded the archive and upload it via System Console.

Virtual machine is located in private subnet behind corporate proxy (if it matters).

No idea's on a fix yet though - what version of VCSA were you on previously and did they all work ok using that previous version - sounds like it might have been a 6.x release, I was keen to know if this is just 7.0.3 related an it might be fine using 7.0.2d. There is mention in the interop guide of potential issues with backup policy creation but that seems to be fine for me.

we had VCSA 6.7 latest Release before and had no issues with 4.1.1.670 Plugin. We updated to Simplivity 4.1.1.U1 some weeks ago without any issues. While upgrading to VCSA 7.0 U3c, vCenter Setup said the Plugin will be removed because it is not possible to migrate.

Hopefully a simple fix that support can come back with...... I guess your environment was already registered in InfoSight whereas I'm not sure how I can register mine as it's a new install and the infosight page of the plugin isn't working - I'll look to see if there's a command line option for registering with InfoSight but I don't think there's any alternative.

A couple of days ago I found a post that had a command you could execute in the scripting console that would show the results of the last plugin registration, including any python errors, but for the life of me I cannot find it again.

Hey.

Just posted - Grafana 10.2.3 Elasticsearch plugin error - An error occurred within the plugin Issue #80838 grafana/grafana GitHub

Will try to downgrade grafana version and will let you know

I wanted to ask again (as I can't see or recall the reply - apart from the fact that the message can be ignored) whether this notice can be suppressed somehow, as it comes up often now, as an XP error window (and shows as such in the log file:)

Yes, it's not that big a deal really of course, but it has so far come up maybe 50% of the time I have set up WT3. Since I am not the least bit interested in the information it's showing me I'd rather not have to get into the habit of closing the error window pop up every other flight. There must be a way to stop it from appearing? (Who's 'Jenkins'?). If you know of one/find one, it'd be appreciated.

EDIT: restarted Xplane. Started new flight at KSLI, no traffic (as expected). Next, initiate Sync World Traffic (super slow, takes 10 minutes for 170 airports)... No ID error. Then, flying to KSNA and re-syncing again (super fast, takes 5 seconds) and causes the ID Error.
