Hi All
Hereby informed that Ruchi has been asked to leave on non compliance of her performance parameters . It is 100 percent in line and agreement with her that she was not performing , the way she should have been as per the organisation requirements. She agreed on her performance levels which were not being met .
NO gossips at all and No un necessary rumours on this issue .
BE RESPONSIBLE , not to put your head there where you guys have NO role to play .
