DRESS CODE FOR NON SALES TEAM @ WORK

Dear All,
This is to put forward that following change is approved by the management for dress code @ PCDPPL Gurgaon, effective 1st May 2014.
1. Monday to Friday: FORMALS
MEN: Trousers/Shirts/Black Shoes + Coat
WOMEN: Salwar Kameez or Trousers +Shirt + Coat with Shoes or Sandels.
Grooming: Shoes to be polished/Hair Neatly Made/ Daily Shaving for men.
1. Saturday: CASUALS (Please avoid Shorts / half pants). Kindly avoid wearing casual footwear in office.
Personnel, wearing casuals on Mon-Friday will be given warning letters along with a penalty of minimum Rs. 200/-
DO’S & DON’TS
DO’S:
1. Swipe Access Card each time you Come In or Go Out.
2. Extension of leave have to be communicated well in advance to respective manager, cleared by him/her and same to be communicated to HR.
3. Coming Late has to be communicated and cleared by Supervisor/ Manager.
4. Adhere to your Lunch time for half an hour only!
5. Gate Pass for early leaving has to be cleared by respective manager and VP-OPS. on email.
DON’TS:
1. No Leave to be sanctioned on SMS, speak to your Supervisor/Manager.
2. Not allowed to go out for Tea/Coffee.
3. Carrying tobacco, Smoking or Drinking Alcohol is prohibited. (Fine—Rs. 500/-)
4. Not carrying personal mobile in office premises. it found with mobiles the penalty of Rs.500 (Five Hundred ) will be levied & deducted.
We need to adhere to this & ask our team members also to follow the same religiously. Failing to which may invite disciplinary actions.
