Dear All,

 

For the purpose of preparing the salary for each month, we have been sending details of absenteeism of members from each team every month. 

 

The physical form of the applications is received once this reminder of absenteeism and deduction is sent out.

 

Going Forward, and as per the instructions received from management, no such mails will be floated to each manager .

 

All are required to adhere to the following :

 

1. Managers  and Supervisors to inform HR of any absenteeism approved or not approved on a daily basis.
2. All leaves have to be planned. All people proceeding on long leave have to advise at least one and half months prior to taking leave and submit approved leave to HR> this has to be approved by Manager as well as VP-Ops
3. In case of any emergency leaves, the application must be submitted on rejoining within 2 days 
4. People going on leave without information and are absconding for over 7 days and no intimation is provided, their names get automatically stricked off rolls.

We would request all managers to percolate the same to their teams.

 

In case of any clarification, you get in touch with HR.
