using phone in office premises

Dear All,

 

It has been observed that those employees who are not allowed to carry their phones inside the office premises are still  bringing their personal phone/instrument with or without camera. These employees are again warned that going forward if they are found with mobiles the penalty of Rs.500 (Five Hundred )   will be imposed and it may be possible the phone will be confiscated by the company. the some has to be adhered as per our it security policy.
